What shipping costs

Flat $12 including GST, Australia-wide, whatever the size of your order. One padlock or two hundred, metro or regional — the rate is the same. Padlocks are heavy, so this works strongly in your favour on bulk orders.

Where we ship

Within Australia only. We do not ship internationally.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched from our Brisbane workshop. Delivery is typically 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Padlocks ordered keyed alike to your own code are cut in our workshop before dispatch, which adds two to three business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, or other events outside our control.

Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible — we can usually help before the order ships.

Lost, damaged or delayed parcels

Contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to sort it out.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. We can often change or cancel an order before it ships, but not once it’s in transit. Refunds are processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
